NEAT, an insurance brokerage firm registered with ORIAS under number 22 004 644, with its headquarters located at 16 Place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, places particular importance on the protection of the personal data of its customers, prospects, partners, and users of its services.
The purpose of this policy is to inform you of the terms under which NEAT collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data (“GDPR”) and applicable French regulations.

To protect our customers, partners, and insurers, NEAT may implement data processing measures designed to prevent, detect, and analyze fraud attempts during the underwriting process, contract management, or claims handling. 5. Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing
In accordance with applicable regulations, NEAT is subject to obligations regarding vigilance, monitoring, and reporting in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. As such, certain personal data may be collected, analyzed, retained, and, where applicable, disclosed to the competent authorities when required by law.
6. Who has access to your data?
Within the limits of their respective responsibilities, your data may be disclosed to authorized NEAT employees; partner insurance companies; claims adjusters; reinsurers; partner distributors involved in the marketing of the product in question; technical and IT service providers; hosting providers; to statutory auditors, auditors, and consultants; and to the competent administrative, judicial, or regulatory authorities when required by law. Recipients have access only to the data strictly necessary for the performance of their duties.
7. How long do we retain your data?
Personal data is retained for periods of time that are proportionate to the purposes for which it is collected and to the applicable legal obligations.
Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.
Insurance Contracts: The term of the contract plus the applicable statutes of limitations.
Insurance Claims: The time required to process the claim, followed by archiving in accordance with legal requirements. Complaints: 5 years.
Litigation: duration of the proceedings, followed by archiving in accordance with statutory deadlines.
AML/CFT data: 5 years from the end of the business relationship. Connection logs: for a limited period in accordance with applicable regulations.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or archived in accordance with legal requirements.
8. Is your data transferred outside the European Union?
In some cases, certain service providers or partners may be located outside the European Economic Area. When such transfers occur, NEAT ensures that they are subject to an adequate level of protection in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, in particular through the implementation of adequacy decisions; standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission; or any other appropriate safeguards provided for by the regulations.

NEAT implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the personal data it processes. These measures are designed, in particular, to prevent any unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure of the data.

NEAT does not implement decisions that produce legal effects with respect to the individuals concerned based solely on automated processing within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

Subject to the conditions set forth in applicable regulations, you have the right to access your data; the right to rectification; the right to erasure; the right to restrict processing; the right to object; the right to data portability where applicable; the right to withdraw your consent when processing is based on it; and the right to provide instructions regarding the handling of your data after your death.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) or visit the CNIL website: www.cnil.fr.
13. Use of Cookies and Other Trackers
When you browse the NEAT website, cookies and other trackers may be stored on your device, subject to your prior consent where required. These trackers are used, in particular, for the following purposes: measuring website traffic and improving site performance; analyzing user browsing behavior; measuring the effectiveness of our communication campaigns; managing user consent preferences; and improving the user experience.
To this end, NEAT uses, among other things: Google Analytics 4 audience measurement cookies; LinkedIn trackers to measure the effectiveness of campaigns run on the LinkedIn platform; and a consent management tool to collect and store the choices made by users.
Where required by regulation, no cookies or trackers that are not strictly necessary for the website to function are placed until the user’s consent has been obtained. The user may at any time accept, refuse, or modify their preferences regarding cookies and other trackers via the consent management module accessible on the website.
