Here are some answers.
How am I reimbursed in the event of claims ?
You receive an allowance by bank transfer (on your RIB) which covers all or part of your eligible bills, up to your monthly ceiling and for the duration of the claims.
You can choose to trigger :
- Choice A (with proof): coverage for up to 12 months.
- Choice B (without proof): coverage for up to 6 months.
Only the member is entitled to benefits.
What is actually covered?
Payment (in full or in part) of receipted invoices for :
- Power and fuel
- Energy (water, gas, electricity, fuel oil)
- Public transport (season ticket)
- Telephony / ISP (subscription and options taken out over 12 months, excluding temporary / off-peak options)
- Rent / mortgage (if loan insurance refused)
- Insurance (personal, auto, health, loan)
- Other household subscriptions with CSR
Triggered if one of the following events occurs: ALD-30/ALD-32, PTIA, ITT, breach of contract, redundancy, compulsory liquidation.
Can I combine this coverage with other insurances?
Yes, it's possible. If several insurance policies are taken out without fraud for the same risk, each one applies within the limits of its coverage.
